Drivers Coming From Tampa Via The Howard Frankland Bridge

• Take I-275 South over the Howard Frankland Bridge toward St.Petersburg
• At Exit 31, exit right onto ramp marked as-SR-688 / Martin Luther KingJr./Ulmerton Rd.
• Stay in the left lane to remain on ramp exiting Martin Luther King Jr. Street.
• Road name changes to CR-803, 9th Street North.
• At the 2nd light, turn right (West) onto 102nd Avenue North.
• Proceed straight through the four-way stop intersection.
• Turn left (South) onto 18th Street North after 1/8 mile.

Drivers Coming From Tampa Via Gandy Bridge

• Exiting Gandy Bridge from Tampa continue straight on Gandy Blvd. North.
• Turn right onto Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Street North/ 9th Street North.
• Turn left (West) onto 102nd Avenue North.
• Proceed straight through the four-way stop intersection.
• Turn left (South) onto 18th Street North after 1/8 mile.
• We are the 2nd large building on the right. End at 9900 18th Street N, Suite 102, St. Petersburg, FL.

Drivers Coming From Sunshine Skyway Bridge

• Take I-275 North toward St. Petersburg.
• Exit the highway at Exit 28 - SR 694 Pinellas Park / Seminole, bearing right off the exit ramp.
• The ramp merges onto Gandy Blvd. North/FL 694 East toward Tampa.
• Get in the left lane quickly and turn Left at first light onto Frontage Road
• Take immediate right to stay on Frontage Road
• Turn left onto 16th Street North, which is the first left turn.
• Turn left onto Commerce Avenue North after 300 yards
• Commerce Avenue North bends 90 degrees to the right and becomes 18th Street North
• End at 9900 18th Street N, Suite 102, St. Petersburg, FL.

• Take U.S. 19 South
• Turn Left on Ulmerton Road (SR-688 East)
